Q.S Al-Isrāʾ (17:33)
وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِيْ حَرَّمَ اللّٰهُ اِلَّا بِالْحَقِّۗ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ مَظْلُوْمًا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِيِّهٖ سُلْطٰنًا فَلَا يُسْرِفْ فِّى الْقَتْلِۗ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ مَنْصُوْرًا
wa lā taqtulun-nafsal-latī ḥarramallāhu illā bil-ḥaqq(i), wa man qutila maẓlūman faqad ja‘alnā liwaliyyihī sulṭānan falā yusrif fil-qatl(i), innahū kāna manṣūrā(n).
Et non occides animam quam Allah interficere vetuit, nisi ex iusta causa. Et quisquis occisus est iniuste, ei dederimus heredem; sed nolite excedere in caede. Invenietis, ille est cui succurretur.
